The 2016 Annual Meeting of Walnut Meadows Homeowners Association, Inc. will be held at 6:00 p.m. on Monday, September 12, 2016 at the Mansfield Activities Center, 106 S. Wisteria, Magnolia Room, Mansfield, Texas 76063.
The agenda for the meeting will consist of the following items and the transaction of such other business as may properly come before the meeting:
1. Association Reports: Board of Directors, Financial
2. Election of Board of Directors – there will be three (3) open positions. Anyone interested in serving should complete the enclosed Candidacy Form and return it to SBB Management Company by September 9, 2016.

2). A voting proxy is written authorization for another to act on your behalf. It gives the individual to whom it is assigned the authority to vote on your behalf in your absence.
